Cancellation Policy

One-Time Projects:

– Clients may request to cancel a project before it officially begins (within 72 hours of payment) for a partial refund (see refund policy).
– Once the project has started – including strategy, research, or creative work – cancellation does not exempt the client from payment obligations of the work completed.

Monthly/Retainer/Contract-Based Services:

– Services can be cancelled with a written notice of 30 days from the client.
– There shall be no cancellation refund for the current month once work has commenced.
– Mid-month cancellations are not eligible for prorated refunds unless otherwise stated in writing.

Agency-Initiated Cancellations:

We reserve the right to terminate any project or contract under the following circumstances:
– Violation of terms of service.
– Abuse, mistreatment, or unprofessional behavior from the client.
– Involvement of the client in unethical, illegal, or objectionable business practices.
– Non-payment beyond 30 days.

Refund Policy

General Terms:

-Due to the nature of digital marketing and advertising services (time-bound, resource-dependent,
and strategy-based), all payments are considered non-refundable once work has commenced.
-Refunds (if applicable) are at the sole discretion of the company and are issued after reviewing the request against completed deliverables.

Eligibility for Refunds:

  • Project canceled before any work has begun (within 72 hours of payment) | 75% refund |
  • Project canceled after kickoff but before 50% completion | Prorated refund minus resources / man-hours used |
  • Project canceled after 50%+ work completed | No refund |
  • Monthly retainer services – cancellation after monthly payment | No refund |
  • Ad spends paid to third-party platforms (e.g., Google, Meta) | Non-refundable (controlled by third-parties) 

Refund Exemptions:

No refund will be provided under the following circumstances:
– Change of mind or business direction by the client.
– Project delays due to unresponsiveness or delayed inputs from client.
– Poor performance of marketing campaigns due to factors outside our control (e.g. product-market fit, budget, platform policy changes).
– Services including SEO, influencer marketing, ad management, and other ongoing efforts that require resource investment.

Refund Processing:

– Approved refunds will be processed within 15 business days to the original payment method.
– Refund confirmation will be shared via official email and invoice adjustments (if applicable) will be issued.

Additional Notes:

– By engaging with [Company Name], the client automatically agrees to these policies.
– Custom payment arrangements or exceptions must be agreed upon and documented in the official service contract or project agreement.
– We strongly encourage clients to ask questions and clear doubts before proceeding with payments.

Legal Disclaimer:
This policy complies with Indian Contract Act (1872), GST regulations, and IT laws applicable to
service-based businesses. Disputes arising shall be subject to the jurisdiction of the courts in Kolkata, West Bengal, India.
