General Terms:
– All services provided by Enlighten International are governed by this Payment Policy.
– We accept payments through bank transfers, UPI, NEFT/RTGS, cheque (subject to clearance), and international wire transfer for overseas clients.
– All prices and payment terms are specified in INR (₹), unless agreed otherwise.

Advance and Installment Payment Structure-

For One-Time Projects:

– 50% advance on project confirmation.
– 30% upon midway checkpoint or approval of drafts (based on milestones).
– 20% final payout upon completion and before final delivery of assets.

For Monthly/Retainer Contracts:

– 100% monthly payment in advance for retainers and ongoing services.
-Failure to make the advance payment will result in the suspension of services until cleared

Late Payments:

– A late fee of 2% per month shall be levied on overdue invoices beyond a 5-day grace period.
– Continued non-payment (30+ days) may result in legal action, termination of services, and withholding of digital assets and access.

Taxes & Invoicing:

– GST at applicable rates (currently 18%) will be added to all invoiced amounts.
– All official invoices will be issued under our registered GST number.
– GST-compliant tax invoices are provided post-payment.
